When someone comments on my post I get notified by email, where can I disable this and choose IM or RSS or SMS instead

Where is the RSS feed from my "Overview", that is "Latest from You and Your Contacts", and an RSS feed for "Your Presence"

It seems you can't make a title for your posts, which probably doesn't matter as this is more like messaging...by the way how do you edit a post
